Biyat celebrates 'Diversity in the Workplace'

Biyat Energy & Environment Ltd's founder and Environmental Project Manager Luay Zayed shares his thoughts on 'Diversity in the Workplace'.

"I celebrate diversity and get a really good feeling when I see a highly diverse organisational chart - bringing together groups of highly motivated people from all walks of life. Coming from Cardiff, this was the norm for me due to its strong multicultural vibe - in my primary school we had students who were Greek, Malaysian, Kuwaiti, Canadian, Welsh, and everything in between.

I once read a fantastic book called 'The Wisdom of Crowds', where the author explains that "a flock of birds, like a school of fish, can navigate complex environments more effectively as a group than any single bird could on its own."
